About The Author

Meet Cherri S. Wheeler

Cherri S. Wheeler is a retired United States Air Force Chaplain with more than 31 years of faithful service. Throughout her military career, she provided spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and counsel to service members and their families in seasons of challenge, transition, and growth.

Her ministry has always centered on walking alongside people in real life, offering guidance grounded in Scripture, steady presence in crisis, and encouragement rooted in hope. In addition to her military service, Cherri continues to serve through volunteer chaplaincy and disaster response leadership in North Carolina.

She holds advanced theological degrees and brings decades of practical ministry experience to her teaching and leadership. Known for her thoughtful approach and compassionate spirit, Cherri is committed to helping others grow in faith and purpose.

I was privileged to be asked to lead this bible study by the author as a beta test in our church. This study is excellent for young or old, new Christian or seasoned. The reminders thru the Old and New Testament that God is a God of second chances is truly comforting and encouraging. I highly recommend this study for both men and women as a foundation or as encouragement for never giving up! God can take even the biggest messes and turn them into something beautiful. He truly redeems, restores, repurposes and recycles us through His love!
